Is there any way to recover USB after format? If so, please help me with its procedure Answering genuinely to the above-mentioned problem Yes! The USB drive can be recovered after formatting. To perform this task successfully we just need optimized recovery software that has the ability to pull out all files from the formatted USB drive. When a file or folder get deleted on major file systems it's only the filename that gets affected by this action. In the most primitive case it loses its first character, and the disk space where that file resided is marked as available for new data. This ensures the fastest deletion possible. It also results in the disk sectors still storing the deleted data. Disk Drill (former Pandora free data recovery) can still recover it! We offer the best of breed recovery algorithms to scavenge that data for you. Disk Drill recovery speaks many files. More than 300 unique file signatures are very well-known to our Deep Scan algorithm. If there are data sectors still remembered by your drive's File Allocation Tables, it's even better, Disk Drill can read those and extract deleted files with their original file names, location and parameters. Just a few samples of files natively supported for data recovery by Disk Drill are images (BMP, TIFF, JPEG/JPG, PNG, PSD, etc.), documents (DOC/DOCX, TXT, XLS/XLSX, PDF, and many more), archives (ZIP, RAR, 7z, etc.) and endless video and audio formats. So I have MacBook pro 13' 2011. (4gb ram, 350gb HDD, intel i5) soon after the Yosemite upgrade the system became unresponsive and slow, even the cursor lagged and boot would take a long time. So I decided to format and reinstall OSX from the recovery using the internet. Now here is what I did- booted into recovery, and formatted the mac os extended (journaled). After that I reinstalled Yosemite, but while the installation almost at 95 percent it got stuck, I waited 2-3 hours but there was no activity. I checked the install log the last message was 3 hours ago, I don't remember the message but it was an error. So I decided to reboot in recovery again and restart the installation again. Now, if I try to enter the recovery mode using command+R,the apple logo appears and the loading bar but it gets stuck at around 40 percent, I tried atleast 10 times and waited for 3-4 hours but it was no good I also cleared the pram with command + option+ P+R, still everything is same. If I boot normally I get the prohibitory sign. What should I do. Please respond soon. I don't have any other mac device or any disk with mac os. I'm using a windows 10 laptop right now.
